Branch Creative (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing studio that helps businesses and organizations grow. This policy explains what information we collect through branchcreative.studio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out our Book a Call form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, business website, email address, phone number, the services you’re interested in, your budget range, the best time to reach you, and your message.

Information you send by email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We don’t use this to identify you, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

• To keep in touch about an ongoing project
• To keep our website secure and working properly

We don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• FormSubmit delivers Book a Call form submissions to our inbox.
• Google provides our business email and the fonts used on this site. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
• Scheduling tools, if we send you a booking link, handle the details you enter there under their own privacy policies.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We’ll respond to your request within 30 days.

Keeping it secure

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for businesses and organizations. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
